Here is the first Coach for Cash contest training program submission - from Coach K:
"There are three mini-cycles (4 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks) covering mileage and (mostly) longer AT work, mileage through a conversion (incorporating quicker AT work), and tapering/sharpening.""I created the workouts based loosely off of your old log, but adjusted also for what I think I would prefer if time were not an object...."
"... many of the days where the runs are labeled for maintenance, you may opt to split the mileage into two runs."

-A 22 and a 20 mile run in 3 days would scare me.
-Only one workout a week is not very much quality, the mileage is not that high.
-Most hard efforts are at goal pace, there should be more variety in training
-Like the longer workouts
